King Elon Musk and Landstania
Elon Musk is not eligible to be the U.S. president because he was born in Pretoria, South Africa.
There is unclaimed territory the size of Rhode Island in Africa between Egypt and Sudan (Bir Tawil) available to create the new nation of Landstania that meets the first requirement for a new nation outlined in 1933 Montevideo Convention: 1) a defined territory; 2) a permanent population; 3) a government and 4) a capacity to enter into relations with other states.
This piece of land happens to be near enough to the equator and the Indian Ocean to be a great location for a Space-X launch facility and strategically placed in the center of the rising markets of Africa, the Middle East, and southern Asia, as well near the European Union.
Elon Musk could be the Techno-Pharaoh of Landstania and King of Mars and personally lead the effort to create the often proposed union combining the major English speaking nations including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, South Africa, and New Zealand.

Bir Tawil
The existence of Bir Tawil, an 800 square mile or 2,060 square kilometer piece of uninhabited land (almost the size of Rhode Island) between Egypt and the Sudan unclaimed by any recognized government, has given a specific location to the imaginations of many people in the last 140 years.
Numerous individuals have attemtped to claim the land Bir Tawil as their own nation, but none of those claims have been internationally recognized. Most the claimants have never even visited the actual land and the few that have only visited once to plant a homemade flag and left never to return.
It is critical that any activity in the area needs to be conducted with the approval and cooperation of the locals, including the Egyptian people, the Sudanese people, and various local tribes. Otherwise this becomes another act of imperialistic colonization with all the evil that implies. The Abadba tribe was using the land for grazing in 1899. Various tribes continue to use the area for grazing and shelter./p>
It is important to remember that Elon Musk was born in South Africa, unlike the previous attempts by people born in Europe or North America.
The goal of Landstania is to provide Elon Musk with his own nation where he can use his tehcnological prowess and world leading wealth to show the old school nations the possibilities for the future.
The three most common endings to nation names are “land” (as in “England”), “stan” (as in “Pakistan”), and “ia” (as in “Austria”). Hence, “Landstania”, which translates into “land! land! land!”.
Under international law, there are a few basic requirements to be an internationally recognized nation. The four requirements of the 1933 Montevideo Convention are:
- have a defined territory
- have a permanent population
- have a government
- the government must be capable of interacting with other governments
Landstania Game
The value of a Landstania game:
Simulations are an excellent tool for professionals to evaluate different opposing solutions to real world problems.
SInce 1989 when SIm City was released, video games allowing players to simulate cities and other regional games have been popular.
The proposal here is to create a Landstania simulation game to be available for play on X (formerly known as Twitter).
Elon Musk and his team can use the game to evaluate real world decisions that Musk must make as the constitutional monarch of Landstania and also allow large numebrs of Elon Musk fans to have fun trying their hand at running a simulated Landstania.
X can automatically track the large scale gameplay and when a player discovers an interesting possible solution to a probklem, the software can automatically forward it to Musk and his team for further evaluation.
